Chariot changes name to Thule

Two well-known brand bicycle industry have joined forces. Chariot Carriers for more than 20 years has been one of the world's largest manufacturer of children's strollers, now the company is changing its name and continue to operate under the name of Thule.

Chariot Carriers is part of Thule in 2011. This is one of the first steps in the new Thule category of products called "Active with children" (Active with Kids). The new company name will come into force on October 1.

A new category of products is a step in the strategy to promote an active lifestyle for all household members.

In the past 70 years, Thule has developed a company which makes fasteners for transportation of camping and sports equipment, including bicycles. Transportation of children during outdoor activities parents is a logical part of the philosophy of development.
